Tracking Questions Answered

Your tracking number is on your receipt issued at the time of booking, and also sent to you via email if you provided one. It follows the format CRG-YYYY-XXXXXX (e.g. CRG-2026-AB4F92).

Our operations team updates the tracking at every major checkpoint — pickup, warehouse arrival, in transit, and out for delivery. For express shipments, updates may happen every 30–60 minutes.

Yes! Every CargoTrack receipt includes a QR code. Scanning it with any phone camera opens the tracking page directly — no typing needed. The recipient can also use this QR code.

If your shipment was just booked, allow up to 2 hours for the first update. If no update appears after 6 hours, please contact our support team with your tracking number and we will resolve it immediately.
